Founder & CEO
Trish Parry MICR, MRQA CSci
Trish Parry is the Founder and CEO of INDICRO. She has more than 35 years’ experience in clinical research as a clinical research professional and GCP trainer, delivering these services as a freelancer/consultant, through Otus Clinical Services, since 2004.
Marketing Assistant
Lucy Parry
Lucy combines her Marketing Assistant role in INDICRO with studying for her Psychology degree at Aberdeen University. She has a talent for marketing, having raised over £5000 by fund-raising for a volunteering trip to Uganda.
Business Development Consultant
Lauren Gledhill
Lauren is an experienced collaborator with a background in Public Health and a focus on improving healthcare through technology, research, and system change. She has worked with NHS organisations to enhance efficiency, build strategic partnerships, and improve patient outcomes. Known for her empathetic approach and drive for continuous improvement, Lauren brings a strong blend of insight, communication, and problem-solving to every project.

Sally provides Project Management and PMO for INDICRO, she has more than 25 years experience in Programme and Project Management across a range of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, health and transport.

Ken has more than 30 years of experience in commercial roles for various pharmaceutical companies, both in the UK and internationally. He is currently working with a business that provides cell and gene development and manufacturing services.

David is a globally experienced finance executive with over 20 years in senior roles across startups, listed companies, and private equity-backed businesses. With a strong foundation in professional services and more recently HR Tech, he specialises in scaling businesses, improving financial performance, and leading funding strategies. David brings commercial insight and operational rigour to support growth from early-stage ventures to complex, multinational organisations.

Jacinda Kemps ChPP
Jacinda has 20 years experience in strategy, planning and programme delivery, which she brings to INDICRO to provide direction, prioritisation, business planning and operationalisation. Having worked in the Vaccine Taskforce and many environments with varied freelance experts, she has lots of experience of bringing diverse teams together.

Chris Neame
With 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant in executive-level financial and commercial roles, Chris supports Trish and INDICRO as a Commercial Advisor—shaping the commercial strategy, and acting as a sounding board as the business grows.
